Where'd Ya Learn All This?

Writer: Harper T. WeathersHarper T. Weathers

In my other posts, I've shared a collection of items and advice I used to plan this upcoming trip. I thought it would be useful to have where I learned all this in one easy checklist style blog. So here it goes it no particular order... All have free access.

Wolter's World YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/woltersworld

Search by country or topic. Usually 5-15 mins long. Example topics: Things NOT to do in London, Euros Explained, etc. He travels a ton and often with his wife and two young kids.

My Travel Board on Pinterest! https://www.pinterest.com/htweathers/planning-perfect-motherdaughter-europe-trip/

Seriously. I have a ton of stuff there and by the time I copied it on here it would take forever. So follow me there, cause my following is a little slack now being a newbie and it will save you tons of time.

Amateur Traveler Podcast: http://amateurtraveler.com/

Easy to search by country, city or topic. Found my awesome travel agent through him too!

Extra Pack of Peanuts Podcast: http://extrapackofpeanuts.com/show/

Super cute couple. I used their What to Pack episodes the most.

Jay Way Boutique Travel: https://jaywaytravel.com/

Don't let the word "boutique" throw you or make you think they are crappy or expensive. They are only for Central & Eastern European Travel. Their prices were better than the big tour guys and they were able to listen to the big things I wanted to see and plan the trip around it. They took care of my travel, hotels (they gave me a few options based on my star choice in each city) and must see excursions. I took care of the England part of my trip and they take care of us from Budapest on.

Trip Advisor: https://www.tripadvisor.com/

An oldy but goody. I don't book anything through here. I like to go straight to the source when booking. However, I like the reviews and photos available.

Amazon Amazon.com

Once I have googled around for articles on "best luggage" or "best travel adapter" which I usually save to my Pinterest board, I tend to find the article on amazon. I never take the article's word entirely because they might be a biased affiliate. (Not all affiliates are biased, just saying.) I like to read the Amazon reviews before buying anything.

OTHER PEOPLE!!!!!

last but certainly not least... as other people! Without Michael, Anita, Arianna, Cheryl, Kim, Tina, Phil, Linda, Carmine and many others advice including several whose names I never knew - this trip would have looked very different. I am seeing at least five HUGE places I never even knew existed without them! You know who you are... sending you all hugs right now.
